Mr. Cox is a Partner at the Firm and his practice primarily focuses on the representation of employers, carriers, self-insured’s, third party administrators and public entities in all phases of workers’ compensation defense, subrogation and appellate matters. His workers’ compensation practice also encompasses multicarrier disputes, complex exposure and compensability issues, as well as lien recovery. Mr. Cox also handles Coverage B, and wrongful termination / retaliatory discharge matters.

Mr. Cox is a 2003 graduate of the Tulane School of Law, and was admitted to Florida bar in 2004. He also received a graduate environmental sciences degree (MS) in 2000 and an undergraduate degree in 1997 from Texas Tech University.
